RENTON, Wash. – Another national Mile competition, another victory for Sarah Feeny.

One week after winning the adidas Dream Mile in New York, the former Ogden High track star earned a second straight national victory Saturday – winning the Mile at the Brooks PR Invitational at Renton Memorial Stadium with a time of 4:39.42.

Feeny, who is signed to run at the University of Utah, won last week with a time of 4:39.23.

“The whole season I was hoping that I could break 4:40, and I was thinking it would probably be at the Dream Mile or a post-season race,” Feeny said.

Getting away from altitude proved to be all Feeny needed.
