2013 NCAA Men’s Indoor Mile Preview

Isaac Wood, Brigham Young University's Track Manager / Assistant is a self-professed running junkie who loves to analyze the sport of Track & Field. His father Bob Wood was the Long Distance Chairman for USA Track & Field for years and one of the most prominent agents for distance runners during the 1980s and 1990s. He put together The Wood Report to share his personal research and insights into the running and racing world.
