Join Masters running superstar Anne Garrett for a one-of-a-kind Mile event for just Seniors (65 years & over)! Registration is available online or during the PMCU O'Side Turkey Trot expo on Tuesday, November 21 or Wednesday, November 22. Registration recommended before Wednesday or arrive 1 hour before your scheduled start time on Wednesday (see the below).

The second running of the Tri-City Medical Center Festival of Senior Miles is also a BBTM Featured Event, showcasing America's best Mile races throughout the year.

The cost is $30. Each senior participating will receive a t-shirt, Tri-City Medical Center backpack, custom Trot medal and Senior Mile neck ribbon plus free finish line photos. Family members are welcome to participate free of charge to provide assistance if needed. Family members will not receive above amenities without registering (shirt, medal, finish food, backpacks, etc.).

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Wednesday, November 22
8:00am   Registration at Junior Seau Beach Community Center
9:00am   65 years & over 1 Mile Run
9:30am   65 years & over Walk or Push 1 Mile
10:00am 65 years & over 400m Walk, with walker or push

The event benefits the Move Your Feet Before You Eat! Foundation and non-profits that serve Oceanside residents.
