Jack Bolas, with a win at the 2015 Minnesota Mile (4:07), defended his Bring Back the Mile Grand Prix Tour title with 16 points, and in August 2015, Bolas won the inaugural Boxcar Mile 2015 in 3:58.63, leading two other men to sub-4 minutes. In 2014, Jack won the Michigan Mile with a 4:07 clocking and later the Minnesota Mile (4:03) to capture the inaugural BBTM Grand Prix Tour title with 24 points.

The 4-time NCAA All-American at the University of Wisconsin also ran the first sub-4 minute Mile on Alaskan soil on Friday the 13th, September 2013, posting a 3:58.3 at the Alaska Dome indoors.
